Things to consider for a massage session:
For the deep stretching and mobilizations and different pressures in the body, pass up one hour after meals.
Wear comfortable clothes, preferably cotton, to work mobilizations. Please attend the session in good hygiene. Please punctuality.
My practice is strictly therapeutic,and my relation with the patient is strictly professional.
